  • Station 1:
    • Burpees, blockees, Squat Jumps, Side Straddle Hops
  • Station 2:
    • lunges, weighted squats, lunge jumps, Bicycles
  • Station 3:
    • Pushups, Block Curls, Partner Pushups, Over Head Press
  • Station 4:
    • Crunches, 60 sec plank, leg raises, weighted sit-ups
  • All while jogging a mile stop at each station while carrying the CMU and do the workout assigned to the lap you are on.
