- Station 1:
- Burpees, blockees, Squat Jumps, Side Straddle Hops
- Station 2:
- lunges, weighted squats, lunge jumps, Bicycles
- Station 3:
- Pushups, Block Curls, Partner Pushups, Over Head Press
- Station 4:
- Crunches, 60 sec plank, leg raises, weighted sit-ups
- All while jogging a mile stop at each station while carrying the CMU and do the workout assigned to the lap you are on.
