3 circuits of 4 exercises. 1st 3 exercises of each circuit is 100 reps each, the 4th exercise is 10 reps.

Legs:

  • 8ct Body builders x10

Chest/Shoulders:

  • Merkin
  • My Climbers
  • Overhead Claps
  • Big Boys w/CMU OH Press x10

Arms:

  • CMU Curls
  • CMU Rows
  • Dips
  • Pull Ups x10

Those that made it to round 2: 50 reps of the 1st exercise from each circuit, 50 of each 2nd exercise, etc.

Begin with gift 1 from your not-so true love. Complete and then move on to gift 2 followed by gift 1 again, move on to 3 followed by 2 & 1, Etc. through all 12 days. If you finish opening all 12 presents(Drifter and Snorkel) then work backwards from 11.

The # of the Day represents the # of reps for that exercise.

THA-THANG:

Mosey from the AO counter clockwise around the entire park.  Stop at each bench passed and complete the listed workout.  As soon as you arrive, you begin.  A ONE minute timer starts when the last PAX arrives at the bench, and everyone moves until the timer goes off.

  • Jump Knee Tucks
  • Level 1( Down into Plank, 4 Merkins, 8 Mtn Climbers, Up)
  • Dips w/hands on the fountain wall
  • Merkin
  • Ski Abs
  • Skater/Speed Skater
  • Jump Squat
  • Pit stop @ Mt Crumpit- Up, Around the tree, back down. Complete Mtn Climbers at bottom of hill until last PAX finishes the lap.
    • Sprint up, mosey Down
    • Lunge Up, Mosey Down
    • Bear Crawl Up, Mosey Down- Except Drifter, he’s naturally a bear.
    • Crab Walk Up, Mosey Down
  • Level 2 (8 merkins, 16 Mtn Climbers)
  • Iron Mikes
  • Dry Docks
  • Stop at the Barricade- Grab a sandbag and complete 25 squats OYO.
  • Donkey Kicks- Bent leg Pike, jump legs up, kick out backwards, land.
  • Sprint to Grinder
