So many times I pray that God would just take this burden away from me or someone I know. Jesus is saying that he wants to grab onto you and help you walk with that burden. He will make it easier to carry and we will grow through this exercise with him.

F3 Knoxville Bible study very helpful and wanted to encourage the PAX to read it. Don’t isolate yourself if you do not have an accountability partner ask a shield Lott can help in a lot of ways. “Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.”

COT:
Proverbs 16:1-3 are my theme verses for The Quacken this year.

The LORD knows my motivation and how I can either be on the campaign trail to get guys to come to the Quacken and not really care about them and be more concerned with my own agenda OR I can be discouraged and think this is not worth doing, too hard, etc.

Scripture is a way to correct both of these harmful ways of thinking. It says to me “Continue to work hard! Remember that it is not all about you!”

Prov 16:3 Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
“My actions are my only true belonging.  I cannot escape the consequences of my actions.  My actions are the ground on which I stand.”  Ran across this quote.  Word addressed evaluating not what you feel you have done, but to look at what actions you have taken.  Thinking about something can often feel as real as taking the action itself.  So look back on what actions you have taken, not how much you feel you have done based on what you have been thinking about.  Ocho made the point that from this perspective, prayer is an action.
MOLESKIN:
If a similar workout is redone, recommend reducing the numbers of Clean and Press to 10, Squat jumps to 15, and all 200’s to 100 or 150.  Two reasons.  First, the clean and press and squat jump winded people very fast and often they seemed to make this modification on their own.  Second, the workout was running long so had to have folks move through early.  Reduced counts would have it run closer to the expected time.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
