WARMUP:
Warmup stuff

THE THANG:
– Kalsu – 100 thrusters
– Start the 1-minute EMOM timer
– Perform 5 burpees
– As soon as you finish the burpees, start doing thrusters
– When the timer goes off, do 5 burpees
– Keep repeating this until you finish 100 thrusters
– After 100 thrusters, run 400 meters
– Reverse Kalsu – 100 burpees (would that be Uslak?)
– Start your 100 burpees as soon as you get back
– Don’t restart the EMOM timer. You are at the mercy of the timer as to when you get back
– Each time the EMOM timer goes off, 5 thrusters
– Perform burpees in between until you get to 100 burpees
– Workout ends after your 100 burpees
– Record your total time

WARMUP: motivators, stretching, ran back and forth across the parking lot in various and silly ways. Route 66 with CDD’s.

THE THANG: Mosey over to the bottom cardiac. Ladder of 5 different moves, running up cardiac to the birth canal after each rung of the ladder so that at the end, 100 reps of each exercise were done:
1. Kick backs x 20
2. Merkins x 25
3. Curls x 33 (+1 on one round)
4. Step back lunges x 50
5. LBC’s x 100

MARY: 7’s at the Pav-a-lon with table rows and step ups.
Circle up for some in & outs and dying cockroaches.

7/11 perform exercise, run to platform, return to bottom and wait on 6

11 squats – platform 1
11 split squats (right leg) – platform 2
11 split squats (left leg) – platform 3
11 lunges (right leg) – platform 4
11 lunges (left leg) – platform 5
11 tuck jumps – platform 6
11 Bonnie Blair’s (l/r) – to the top and stay

Rinse and repeat from the top
Return to bottom and combine all exercises and one last run to the top and back down.
