We handled the disclaimer and began to walk. We did the old faithful route in reverse with a lap around Catholic at the end. We had some great conversation today and used the COT to talk about how guys need this group and we were encouraged to reach out to those guys who could use the benefits of F3 and get them out in the gloom.

ShamRUCK to Dunkin

Glamper and I rucked form our homes and met at Catholic, where we met and then rucked to Dunkin for a cup of coffee. After coffee, we walked home. I logged just shy of 4 miles with 30lbs in the bag.

Tour De Belmont West & Gulf Park

We had a nice walk through Gulf Park & Belmont West with a brief tour of the back of the Cedar Bluff Schools. We were running about two minutes behind so we began the circle of trust on the way back.

We discussed the power of your attitude as a filter for the things that happen to you. Often times (within reason) a positive outlook impacts how you grow or learn from events. How will that reaction define you?
