F3 Knoxville’s Regional Leadership
F3 Knoxville operates on a shared leadership team model. Two primary teams lead and steward F3 Knoxville, it’s resources, and growth and development.
Regional Direction Team (RDT)
The RDT is tasked with stewarding the overall direction and acceleration of F3 Knoxville. The roles on the RDT include:

Shared Leadership Team (SLT)
With the guidance and direction of the RDT, the SLT is tasked with accelerating the mission of F3 throughout F3 Knoxville. The roles on the RDT include:
