Holy Week is upon us. Reflect on the waywardness of humanity. As humans we are easily swayed off of our mark. Practice consistency in faith and further appreciate the sacrifice and love given to those of us whom are so wayward in our faith and how amazing that truly is.

WARMUP: The usual: 30 Sparklers, the Junk Sparkler, 10 Sparklers IC, the Sparkler.

Weather was a tossup so we did Sparkler Burpees (deceivingly difficult after two or three rounds) and some rock work until 6, when we left the Pavalon’s friendly confines for a prayer mosey – sounds weird but it was a highlight for me – and just one little backwards trip up Cardiac.

10 Sparklers when we got back to the Pavalon, then a sprint up Eaby everest to finish things off.

Prayed for various friends and situations, including a certain surgery happening today.

COT:
Johann Sebastian Bach is said to have walked about 250 miles (400 km) from Arnstadt to Lübeck in 1705 to meet and learn from the famous organist and composer Dieterich Buxtehude.

How often are we willing to put in the work spiritually, professionally, or personally? Bach was a prodigy and was willing to do it. Part of today’s workout was to come out and sweat. The guys that completed the real Bataan Death March were surviving…so today wasn’t about time or racing but about finishing…and a lot of guys did.

Great work today men!
