We did the old faithful route, and a lap around campus. We talked a lot about the upcoming GTE. The total mileage was around 3.5.

Our COT focused on a rough quote I picked up at Winter Jam over the weekend. It was something the band New Song said. Since I don’t have the exact quote, this is the paraphrase.

You don’t realize how much you need Jesus until you realize that Jesus is all that you have. Upon that realization, you learn that he is all that you really ever needed.

THE THANG: 10 merkins then went up Route 66 hill with 5 burpees, R&R 5 times and added 20 BB, 30 squats, and 10 dive bombers

To cloud with set of 7s – box jumps and table pull ups.

Grabbed a heavy rock and then 10 curls, 10 thrusters, and lap around parking lot carrying rock – R&R 5 times.

We handled the disclaimer and began to walk. We did the old faithful route in reverse with a lap around Catholic at the end. We had some great conversation today and used the COT to talk about how guys need this group and we were encouraged to reach out to those guys who could use the benefits of F3 and get them out in the gloom.

THE THANG: We travelers to the islands. Did a suicide ladder of various exercises and modes of transport. We ran, bear crawled, broad jumped, Super Mario’d, and hopped. Exercises were 10 reps of Merkins, jump squats, BBS, CDD, Iron Mikes, Supermans, dips. Didn’t get to the last 3 islands.
