At the Cul-de-sac

  • Farmer’s Carry: 2 laps around the cul-de-sac with the sandbags
  • Squats (15 reps)
  • Lunges (15 reps)
  • Until each PAX completes their Farmer’s Carry laps/until time

At the Dock

  • 15 merkins
  • 10 burpees
  • 15 dips

After the rotation, at the plaground 10 pull ups and 10 merkins, repeat
