THE THANG: Victor Ashe to Ripcord to Toll Road. Down & up Southside Drive to Amber Connector to Hickory. All of Hickory to Flow. Then a gravel interlude down to the river and then back up Imerys to brief jaunt into Turnbuckle then back to Imerys to the Burnett Ridge Connector to climb up and down Burnett Ridge back to Turnbuckle to head back to Marie Myers. Back on Toll Road to climb up Rendezvous to bomb down Soup’s On and then finish the ride bavk on Victor Ashe yo the cars.

COT: Over the last 5 years, anxiety levels have ramped up for everyone. Whether it’s related to health, family, financial, work, or other issues its been a challenging time for everyone. Proverbs 12:25 says “Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.” This is solid advice for dealing with anxiety. Focus on the good instead of consistently worrying about the bad. And Phillipians 4:6-7 says “do not be anxious about anything, but in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ.” Focus on the good and take your concerns to the Lord in prayer and his peace guard your hearts and minds.
