-11’s with Squat Thrusters at the bottom and curls/triceps extensions at the top
-Mosey back to AO, ab work at each light pole. Lunge between light poles

This made me think about all the places our minds wander throughout the day and what the outcome would be if instead of allowing minds to aimlessly wander we were intentional about focusing on the Lord.   • 1min toe taps
  • 1min dips
  • 1min hip dips (crowd favorite)
  • 1min heel taps
  • 1min CMU pull through
  • Suicides to parking islands with 5 burpees at each stop
  • rinse and repeat

We did this beatdown a week ago but it was only @swerve, myself and an FNG present and there was an open Q slot, so we did it again =)

Grab a CMU and mosey to Mt. Crumpet for a Dora style beatdown.

100 Imperial Squat Walkers (2ct) and 100 Squat Thrusters at the bottom. the other PAX runs halfway up crumpet with a CMU then transitions to melungeoning the rest of the way up. 10 merkins once you reach the top. Continuous murder bunny to the road before returning to the AO

Cherry Pickers, Merkins and the Sally song with weighted Squats
THA-THANG:
Weight vest/ruck beatdown, all movements performed under weight. Mosey around Alcoa, stopping at every other light pole for PT. We found ourselves at Suckmore and got most of the way through 7’s that included Merkins and Imperial Squat Walkers.

MARY:
Got back to the AO with just enough time for another round of Squats with Sally
