CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I shamelessly bragged on my Mom. She was diagnosed with a recurrence of breast cancer in January 2020 after being cancer free for 10+ years. When she first felt a lump she had it biopsied to see if it was cancerous. One of her good friends from church also had a lump and was awaiting results of a biopsy. My mom told me that during that time she prayed to God asking that if one of them had to have cancer, she wanted it to be her. My Mom knew that she could handle it, as she had already been through it once and her friend is younger and still has kids living at home. My Mom has never failed to impress me with both her faith and her love for those around her, but that statement really touched me. I’m hopeful that I can reflect that type of love for others in my day to day life.
MOLESKIN:
The 150 CMU thruster buy-in this morning definitely made the weights feel heavier. I’m thankful that the Army recruiting center has allowed us to use their toolbox (2 big tires, weighted ammo can, pull-up bar, etc) and thankful that Kickflip had the initiative to ask. Looking forward to some more Heavy Thursdays in my future.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Snacks for Wesley House. Convergence at JUCO on 3/28.

  4. Reverse bear crawl down right beside the stairs

The second side track was a bear crawl stair loop with 10 Dirkens and 10 Irkens at the stairs.

The third side track was 10 Hill climbs and 10 Dirkens and 10 Irkens after the 10 hill climbs.

Then progressed to the Six picnic tables . For each picnic table do 10 Dips, 10 Dirkens and 10 Irkens.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:

Drive a Steak – Read out of Joshua 22 – Acknowledging there is ONLY one God, The Rubenites erected a controversial Alter to honor God. At first it was mis-understood, but then when explained, it brought Glory to God and was accepted. What steaks in the ground are you driving to educate your kids and future generations about what it means to be a Christian. This Catholic school invested heavily (driving a steak for future generations) in the combination of permanent “monuments” in which to teach future generations about Jesus. We are very grateful to have the privilege to be able exercise on this Holy ground and potentially call it the home of a new F3 AO.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Welcome two FNG’s – Chicken Wing (Sam) and Hoopti (Kyle). Please tell your friends about this new locations. Let’s make it a permanent addition to the flourishing F3 Knoxville group.

MOLESKIN:
It was hard to think of exercise that started with O, hence the birth of the O-lunge. It’s not different from a regular lunge except somehow it was the worst exercise so I started thinking “oh ****, lunges”. Was shooting for up to 2 laps with 10 stops for BOMBS. Most got a lap and half.

COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA
3 brothers:  Junk, Tweet-E, Bartman

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:

A zealous person in Christianity is preeminently a person of one thing. It is not enough to say that they are earnest, strong, uncompromising, meticulous, wholehearted, and fervent in spirit. They only see one thing, they care for one thing, they live for one thing, they are swallowed up in one thing; and that one thing is to please God. Whether they live, or whether they die-whether they are healthy, or whether they are sick-whether they are rich, or whether they are poor-whether they please man, or whether they give offense-whether the are thought wise, or whether they are thought foolish-whether they are accused, or whether they are praised-whether they get honor, or whether they get shame-for all this the zealous person cares nothing at all. They have a passion for one thing, and that one thing is to please God and to advance God’s glory. If they are consumed in the very burning of their passion for God, they don’t care-they are content. They feel that, like a candle, they were made to burn; and if they are consumed in the burning, then they have only done the work for which God has appointed them.
