Topics included Mason’s, Shriners and Elks Lodges. But sadly no mention of classic 90s country song “Bobby Ann Mason”

Then Charmin caught a stray forearm shiv straight to the beak from Cinco as they passed by us.

Im not sure what was more disturbing….the bloody nose or learning that Tropicana carries wet wipes in his ruck

WARMUP: legs and chest and arms

THE THANG: 4 laps of with merkins and jump squats and flutter kicks. Go 1/2 speed and go slow at loop. Mosey to pavalon and do 4 rounds of Bulgarian squats and shoulder taps at 1/2 normal speed. Abs of box cutters and side crunches and pickle pounders and Georgia cheerleaders. Mosey back and stopped to do 5 squats at each light pole.

WARMUP:head to Pav. Rocky 7 minute warmup (almost made it to end)

THE THANG:Rocky: partner 1 does 4 corner BLIMP ladder while partner 2 runs up Steps in Philly (baby Everest)

Rocky II: partner 1 does curls and presses while partner chases the chicken 10 times back and forth shuttle sprints

Rocky III partner sprints. Body oil and frollicking in surf was optional

Rocky IV: sprint up to Siberian peak. But instead of KGB agents we had to elude a rather loud co-ed yoga/tantric class with an Emcee

MARY: played Callin Baton Rouge on way back to AOQ in honor of TRC/Crab legs
