Regret.
The feeling associated with doing wrong or missing an opportunity. Sometimes causing the.need for repentance.

II Corinthians 7:9-10 NKJV
[9] Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that your sorrow led to repentance. For you were made sorry in a godly manner, that you might suffer loss from us in nothing. [10] For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.

Ask for forgiveness when you’rewrong. Apologize. Don’t live with regret. Forgive others. Don’t miss opportunities. Put Christ firat, and let him be your guide.

Chadd Wright, 3of7 Podcast, said:
“I hiked the Grand Canyon today. If you have t done it yet, you should…..as soon as possible. I have been many places and have never seen anything like it in terms of landscape. I told my wife, during our hike, ‘I can’t believe we waited this long to do this.’ It’s inexcusable. It made me think of how much we leave on the table in life. How often we pass on the opportunity to create amazing memories….because we’re busy doing things that don’t really matter. Soon enough, it’ll be too late.

Don’t leave life on the table. Bring Glory to God in everything we do. Make memories, because things fail and pass away, but memories last a lifetime. And especially, don’t wait, life is but a vapor, and the days are long but the years are short.

COT:
Relax in the Lord
Psalm 23 talks about a good shepherd with his flock. The bible often refers to God’s people as sheep. Sheep are dumb and they need alot of looking after. We need a good shepherd, and thankfully one is available. We can trust and relax in Him.

Check in with a friend or family member that you haven’t talked to recently. Maybe someone who is alone or might be lonely. Give them a call, ask how they are doing, be prepared to listen.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 ESV
[9] Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. [10] For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! [11] Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? [12] And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

COT: Mental Toughness

1. Mental toughness is when you can find fuel in an empty tank.” – Unknown
2. “The true measure of a man is not how he behaves when things are going well, but how he responds when faced with adversity.” – Unknown
3. “It’s not the load that breaks you, it’s the way you carry it.” – Lou Holtz

These quotes emphasize the importance of resilience, persistence, and the ability to remain strong under pressure. Mental toughness is often about how you respond to challenges, not avoiding them.
