WARM-O-RAMA:
Single leg swings (first, right; then, left). Lots of tipsy men.
Touch the toes (or more accurately, touch the air above the toes, or perhaps the shins)
Behind the back standing ankle pulls (first, right; then, left)
Grab a CMU and mosey to the dark side.
THA-THANG:
Modified Sea Biscuit (again)
- Round 1: 1 Lap, Exercise 1
- Round 2: 2 Laps, Exercise 2
- Round 3: 3 Laps, Exercise 1
- Round 4: 2 Laps, Exercise 2
Exercise 1: (a) Burkins 5×5 (or whatever you call them) – Burpee down to 5 merkins and up for one rep.; (b) Bear attacks x5 – Cling and press CMU overhead and down; down squat and up to a push press; finish down with CMU on the cement for one rep.
Exercise 2: (a) merkins to exhaustion; (b) Lunging curls x10 each leg – With CMU in hands, lunge out while bringing CMU to down curl position; lunge back up, curling CMU to up position for one rep.
CMU mosey back to AO.
Total distance:3.5, with a few carrying on to 4 total.

- Mosey to the grass hills that lead up to the Asylum building. It’s a 3 level tiered hill….placed 6 cones in a line up the hill. PAX ran suicides up the hills to the cones doing increasing burpees at each cone. 2,4,6,8,10,12
- Mosey down the hill to the flat bowl for Pyramids
- Round 1: 10 Merkins, run the hill
- Round 2: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, run the hill
- Round 3: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs, run the hill
- Round 4: 10 Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs, 20 Shoulder Taps (was supposed to be 40 but the Q was smoked!), run the hill

Have the right perspective when things go wrong. My A/C went out in my house and it’s going to be expensive to fix. While I don’t like spending a ton of money unexpectedly, it’s not the end of the world. My family still has a roof over their head, clothing on their body and food to eat. As leaders in our home we need to remember that our wives and kids are looking at us to see how we handle adversity. We need to show them that they are the priority, not material possessions.

I had a typical boot camp workout planned but no one had arrived by 5:35 so I audibled to yoga on the soft surface of the playground area. Pusher showed up a couple minutes into the video.
