Mosey to parking lot just north of AO and gather around the tree (light pole).  Everyone gets 12 presents (stations).  The PAX will perform the exercise at each station for 45 seconds. Every third station, QIC will call out an exercise that each PAX will do as a group for 45 seconds.  Should make at least through all exercise at least 2 times.

As most of you know, I’m in the process of getting a new job and relocating.  It has been a very lengthy process with several hurdles along the way.  I find myself constantly thinking about it and wanting it to hurry up.  I basically wish my days away at times looking forward to the future because I’m not happy with my current work situation.  Be happy with what you have and don’t constantly wish for other things.  If you are always looking forward, you will not be able to enjoy the moment you have now.

Psalm 118:24 – This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Insert information about the workout.
Everybody grab a CMU and head to the Fountain of Youth.
Drop half the CMUs there and head up the Northeast face of Crumpet to the Christmas tree.
Partner up
One partner heads back down Crumpet, picks up a CMU and carries it a lap around the fountain before heading back up Crumpet. Meanwhile Partner 2 is checking the list… Does the first exercise AMRAP until partner relieves. Once both partners have checked the first exercise, move to the next one:
-Blockees
-Goblet Squats
-Curls
-Crabettes
-Tricep Extension
-Lunge
-Merky Derky

List checked twice! Gather CMUs and head back to the AO

Alternating movements up the hill:
1) Crawl bear for 6 steps
2) Bear crawl for 12 steps
Continue until reaching top

Recovery jog back down to AO

Gave everyone a choice of the wet route or the dry route at the start of the workout. Told everyone the seemingly “easier” dry route would’ve consisted of 120 bodybuilders, 120 squat jumps, 120 flutter kicks, and 120 lunges. Choosing the apparent easier path doesn’t always end up easier in the long run.

MOLESKIN:
Pinto brought up the idea to rename Candy Corns to The Grady Pitsticks in honor of Quickrete. Lilydipper will reach out to Cap’n to see if we can get it changed in the Lexicon.
