THA-THANG:
Started on top of Butterfingers’ hill.  We did 20 merkins at the top and 20 squats at the bottom.  We reduced the merkin and squat rep each time we ran up the hill.  Total of 210 merkins and squats if completed.

cat and mouse

WARM-O-RAMA:
20 squats
10 4ct merkins
10 Baby arm circles (front and back)

THA-THANG:
Sand bag cat and mouse. The mouse(1 pax w/60# sand bag) would mosey around the park until the cats (everyone else) completed 5 merkins and sprint to catch up. R and R until we circled the park and reached the base of the hill at the new performance lawn where PAX completed the following circut.

1 PAX will care the sandbag to the top of the hill and complete 5 dead lift

into curls with the sandbag

everyone else completes the following exercises. PAX complete 1st excerise as many times as they can while the 1st PAX runs the hill, 2nd PAX on the hill with sandbag, second exercise in list:
Burpee
Hurpee (one burpee with 3 monkey humpers at the bottom)
8 County Body Builder
4 Count Merkin
Wolverine (one burpee with a peter park (left and right))
Simpsons
Inchworms

one all PAX had an opportunity to run the hill with the sand bag we went for a mosey to the performance lawn. at the performance lawn we held plank should to should and using our right hand, dragging the sandbag under the plank to the PAX on our right. R & R across the field and then we came back using our left hand dragging to the PAX to our left.

Once complete we circled up. Each PAX performed a cling to their right should and tossed the sandbag to the PAX on their left. R & R same exercise but shoulder the sandbag on the left and pass to the right.

    Began with a little aerobic partner run around the loop:

At the Track loop –

Partner up – Partner 1 runs clockwise, partner 2 runs counter clockwise; when you meet each other drop for 15 partner Merkins.  Begin as a group with 15 Merkins and go until four sets of Merkins complete.  Finish by running with partner to lighted flag.

At the flag –

  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 dips
  • 15  mountain climbers

Run to playground/jungle gym

  • 15 pull-ups
  • 15 BBS
  • 15 Imperial walkers

Rinse and repeat – from playgroup run to splash pad

At the splash pad – Partner one does stationary exercise and partner 2 does movement exercise (from covered benches to far fence across splash pad) 5 exercises – Shout out to Kick-flip for this exercise routine I re-used from JUCO

  • flutter kicks and bear crawl
  • sprint and Carolina dry docks

Mosey to back parking lot –

4 sets of 50 yard wind sprints

Mosey back to flag pole droping at the loop for a set of 15 merkins and at flag pole another 15 merkins, then mosey back to AO.

I will work on a better bomb, but worry was the bomb for today..Based on Mathew 6:27 Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?  I did a poor job of quoting and could only paraphrase; however in this time of Covid-19, political disgrace, and the continual need to trust in the workouts and not worry if it will be good, good weather, you can make it through or not … one should practice good judgement but not worry for this only creates additional stress that works against our health.
MOLESKIN:
I wish I could cadence, but I have two left feet and no rhythm, something I will work on for next time (and a better BOM).  Shout out for Tank jumping in and helping and for Woodshack finishing it off so everyone can hear what a good cadence sounds like, thanks HIM’s!

Start with a mosey to the pull up bars.

Randomly assigned:

Roll the dice- odd number go down the hill and do exercise, even go up the hill and do exercise. Number represents rep qty. always do 5 pull ups before you roll dice. If you roll doubles go back and do 5 more pull ups before running off. Exercises are:

  • merkins
  • iron mikes 4-ct
  • wide Merkins
  • lunges-per leg
  • diamond Merkins
  • squat jumps
  • shoulder tap Merkins

Told what to do:

Mosey around the corner to the sign and do 10 of  all of the above exercises.

Choose what you want to do:

Mosey to bottom steps . 3 exercises of your choice qty of 10.

MID WORKOUT MINI BOM: The three sections of the work out were parallels with our lives. The first section was Chance, when things happen in our lives without our control or anyone else’s. Although I don’t believe in Chance, God is always in control, it’s not necessarily something we see coming or can plan for. We can either take it positively or negatively. We can either work hard at work were dealt with or we can complain and break down because we are not in control. The second area was being directed or told what to do. Many of us have issues with this as we are brought up to be leaders and sometimes following orders is difficult. We can either take it and do what we’re supposed to do or moan and groan and say I would do it this way instead. The third area was our own choices. Where we are  able to dictate what we do in our lives. We can either live our lives in a positive manner we can live our lives in a negative manner. For all three of these scenarios, we need to ask ourselves what are we trying to accomplish. Are we going to be a blockade, or are we going to be a driver. And that’s all Tank has to say about that.
