- Continue to 5 Burpees and then begin decreasing Burpee reps back down to 1
- You will complete 5 burpees on both rounds 5 & 6

- Mt Sinai – Pax to name the hill after first use:

- 1st time up – Complete 5 BBS
- 2nd time up – Complete 10 BBS
- Continue to 25 BBS and then begin decreasing BBS reps back down to 5
