Mosey through to the coupon pile by the maintenance building. Grab a coupon and head to the end of the parking lot.  Start with an exercise at the end of the parking lot facing the hill, do an exercise at the base of the hill, and one at the top. Increasing reps along the way.

I’ve been praying for direction and clarity with work. I shared these same scripture a month or so ago. I received clarity and have submitted my resignation at work for August 2. I feel at peace for the first time in a very long time.

1 Corinthians 2:9 – “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

MOLESKIN:

My wife just celebrated her 30th high school reunion and mine is this weekend in Texas.  It’s made us think about our long friendships with people but also think about our more recent friends that are so important to us.  For me, I know the HIMs I’ve met in F3 would do just about anything for me just like I would for them.  Friendships are important and can take a lot of work and effort but they are important so let’s all try to be better friends and be intentional with our relationships with old friends and new ones!

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
The day before this Q was my birthday. My nephew was in a bad car accident the night before my Q, he is going to be ok and looks like make a full recovery from a concussion, small brain bleed, and a bruised lung.  This reminds me to make the most of ever day and that we never know how long we will be on this earth.  Love your family and friends and thank God for every day.  Make the most of our time and be a light to others.  Within hours of the accident F3 brothers, church members, and family were all praying and gathering.. How awesome is it to see God’s love called into action so fast!
