Leaders wagon wheeled after every set to get back to the 6, finish their reps, and start each new leg together
Continued to do 1 set of each of the above until we complete the nearly 2.5 miles course — ended up being 6 sets

Mosey across street to Saturday morning AO and get a CMU for each Pax.  Place CMU’s in the shade along edge of parking lot.

Pax is to run to other end of parking lot, do one of the exercised listed below, then run to the CMU pile and do 30 curls, then repeat until all exercises are completed.

Mosey long way around track and up to the splash pad parking lot for some Kraken. Do exercise and qty then run lap around perimeter. (50yds) after completing 4 exercises do 2 laps, after completing a full round run down to the playground and touch something.

5) CMU Farmers carry to center and back x2

After a while do Bernie Sanders around the perimeter.

about halfway into it, we took a break and ran 5 25yd sprints to get the body out of routine.

God gives us our lives to make a difference. Although we I think we’re not worthy, he has created us to do great things. Example of a bar of iron not costing much in its simplest form, but when it is changed into paper clips, surgical needles,  Spring is for watches, that little bit of iron is priceless. Challenge yourself daily to take what God gave you and use it for building his kingdom.  Prayers for our wives and friends going through cancer
MOLESKIN:
I (Tank) Found out that a simple fox looking at me coupled with a light going off makes me freak out. I thought he was coming after me!, Also depending on the context, “run down to the playground and touch something” can get you in a lot of trouble.

Mosey around the 1/4 mile track stopping for 10 pull-ups at playground, 20 4-count LBCs at gazebo and Suicides on 8 parking lines doing Bernie Sanders back to first line each time. Add one rep at each line. Lap 1) Merkins, 2) diamond Merkins, 3) wide merkins, 4) eagle merkins

I thought time was up but watch was wrong…….so……

extra lap stopping for 50 4-count shoulder taps, some ab exercise I forgot, another ab exercise I forgot, 10 Batman burpees, some V ups toe touches and combo of both

5 Carolina dry docks
10 pull ups

Repeat as many times as you can in 15 minutes

Workout was based hero WOD JT in honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005. The word is to not forget those who have sacrificed so we can have the freedom to get.to.the AO.
