The Anticipation of a Q always brings Q-citement. In the morning it felt like I was a kid on Christmas morning waiting for the rest of the house to wake up so I could rip open my presents. I believe that’s because what we have at F3 is a gift and privilege. It’s a gift that we get to share with others.

What F3 means to me, more than a workout. The love and comradery of this group of men is far beyond anything I have ever experienced. It’s about the guy to your right and left and how they are doing; not only in the workout, but that care continues into the world, the day to day life. The fellowship, the friendships that grow, the comfort of knowing the PAX will be there (regardless of your situation) to help. Know that, believe that, and carry it on!

BOM
F3 has always been and will always be more than a workout.  We definitely want to push ourselves and each other physically, but we also want to grow relationally and spiritually.  The PAX is unique in many ways, one being that we are not out here to compete against each other, but collaborate together to grow as husbands, fathers, sons, employees, employers, friends, and neighbors.  We are bound together under a high power for a greater purpose.

MOLESKIN
Alcoa will never be the same.  The PAX came hungry, focused and ready for to push hard and get better…together!  The Bomb Shelter is a incredible AO that will be keeping the HIMs of Alcoa/Maryville busy for a long time.  It was a honor to lead and be a part of this PAX.  I have a feeling we are going to see some good things from these men.

BOM:
When I think of our nation’s military history it gives me chills. We enjoy freedoms today because of the sacrifices made by prior generations. Today is June 5…the day before D-day. 73 years ago, thousands of American men were spending their time on this day preparing to storm the beaches of Normandy tomorrow morning. They were securing their gear, thinking of their loved ones, homesick, scared, confused and they probably all had knots in their stomachs. Then, on June 6th, those same men swallowed down their fear and performed flawlessly while securing the beach. It’s estimated that 2,500 American’s lost their lives that day fighting for freedom. Let’s not forget them or the sacrifice they made so that we may have a brighter future.

Moleskin:
Great to see so many FNGs today! Tclaps to those guys for gutting it out!
