- Farmer’s Carry: 2 laps around the cul-de-sac with the sandbags
- Squats (15 reps)
- Lunges (15 reps)
- Until each PAX completes their Farmer’s Carry laps/until time
At the Dock
- 15 merkins
- 10 burpees
- 15 dips
After the rotation, at the plaground 10 pull ups and 10 merkins, repeat
