discussed John 16 – Jesus is telling of hard times coming and that he is leaving. I imagine the disciples felt like we do reading the headlines these days – angry, scared, hopeless, without peace, anxious. but he does offer us hope in this chapter as well- he is coming back, we will have joy that no one can take from us. Let us lean on God in these times.
21 A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. 22 So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy. 33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. THE THANG:
– Mosey with our :cmu: to the Pav-Lov for some AMRAP work. One of the PAX was the timer carrying :dumbbell: :dumbbell: around the Cloud. The remaining PAX worked stations of exercises with :cmu:s. We rotated through the stations and selected new exercises from the grab bag after the full PAX completed all stations. It was rinse and repeat for time.
– Once we were close on time, we all ran around the Cloud, collected our toys and headed to the AO.

MARY: We had a round of :atm: to close out the workout.
