– Worked our way up Mt. Sinai with exercises at every speed bump and then worked our way back to the field house.
– :cmu:sday with some cardboard that the Q keeps in his vehicle for just such an occasion. We cycled through stations and took turns being the timer going down to the Ram, performing 10 squats with an 80-lbs sandbag, while the PAX stayed at the top of the field house with their :cmu: staying warm with other exercises.
– Stopped by the entrance to the Upper School for some plank ab workouts for the cameras.

COT: Herbie had an interesting thought yesterday at VLS that got me pondering. Like trying to stand in a river or on a beach, you’re fighting the current but eventually the sediment will bury you. The thought of trying to stand still or getting complacent.
