Mosey around the park stopping occasionally for 25qty of these exercises (in no particular order)

pickle pounders, basketball court line touches, v-ups, Merkins , burpee’s, line jumpers, dips, inclines, crab jacks, plank jacks, American hammers, CMU curl and press, CMU American swings, shoulder taps, dry docks , LBCs…a couple more I forgot.

We did a few sprints and Bernie sanders along the way as well. Finished with some high knees, low knees and side shuffles at the tennis courts.

Start with 25 SSH on 4ct, 10 Tempo Merkin, 10 Windmills on 4ct, Cherry Picker x8, A little this and that, Baby arm circles forward and back x8

THA-THANG:
Everyone grab 2 CMU’s from pile and place them at the bottom of Little Everest. (leave them there and mosey to Circus Maximus.)

 

4 Cones set up around Circus Maximus. Perform 20 Merkin, 20 Monkey Humper, 20 Dry Docks, and 20 Freddie Mercury at each cone.  Mosey back up to little everest…Grab 2 CMU. Farmer carry up and then back down Little Everest.  Rinse and repeat.  (x3)

Mosey back to AO. Put away CMU’s.  It’s 6:15.

[ When you get to the bottom of the hill – come back up. Whether you spring up it or walk up it – you get back up the hill. The name of the game is one foot in front of the other. Only 1 person is going to get you up that hill and it’s you. We got 3 rounds of this. HOWEVER – if you get done with Round 3 and make it back up to the top – you’re not done right? There are still guys that are coming back up the hill. No man left behind. ]

We headed out of the park toward Vanosdale and made the great loop West on Middlebrook back to the AO stopping 5 or 6 times for 20 Merkins, 10 ISO Lunges per leg and 20 4-ct Plank Jacks. We then made 2 Bernie trips up the Hill of Broken Promises and did 40 Calf Raises and 10 Upright Rows each time at TJs. 

MARY:
Did a couple rounds of Ruck up Flutters, 20 Cheat Presses and 20 second ISO Holds. Then we burned out on Chest Presses and ISO Holds. Yowch.
