MOLESKIN:

My time as a Christian has seen so several different phases in my spiritual growth.  Where I am now is not the person I was 27 years ago when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior.
I have become increasingly aware of my humanity and fallibility as a man, even though I desire to be a HIM.  Much of the Scriptures (especially the NT) stresses the need for the heart to be right before God.  Don’t get me wrong, doctrine is super important and very worthwhile to pursue, but without adding love and preparing the heart then I find those pursuits somewhat empty.  So I guess what I’m saying is as you pursue the things of God (which we should all do), I encourage you not to neglect the fact that we are to be poor (broken) in spirit, mourning our sin, and meek/malleable in our approach to the throne of God.

Partner Up for a Partner Set of 100 Merkins – Both Partners in plank for entire set.  One partner performs 10 Merkins while other planks, rotating until 100 reps is reached.

Mosey to inner courtyard brick wall.  Two Rounds of Aiken Legs: (20 Squats, 20 Wall Jumps, 20 Lunges, 20 Iron Mikes)

Mosey to Coupon Pile – 30 Curls, 30 Tricep Extensions, 20 Curls, 20 Tricep Extensions……conclude with 10 Blockees

– pairing up with one person proceeding to run backward up the hill/forward down the hill while the other person is performing burpees. The individuals continue to alternate running with burpees until 100 total burpees are completed

Mosey to upper back alley behind Maple Street.  Totel Pole time! Perform the below exercises in order.  Once complete, run to the Garbage Dumpsters at the end of the alley and back, repeating the exercises with the top exercise eliminated every time you return from the run:
