I feel like now more than any time in my life people have zero respect for other people and are so willing to be hateful for the smallest thing. I saw something the other day asking how F3 has changed you as a man. Without a doubt F3 has helped to create a deeper level of ownership for my community and wanting to help those around. I shared a story with the pax of an encounter i recently had at a fast food restaurant where a guest was yelling at employees for very minor issues. I took it upon myself once i realized he would not stop to ask the man to leave the restaurant. I could not sit by while others in my community were being treated in that manner.

MOLESKIN:

The inspector gadget was part of the 2020 Iron Pax Challenge. We checked the scores and the top time was 15 min. I see no way this is humanly possible and want to see video evidence of the feat.

THA-THANG:
Modified Murph workout, replacing pull ups with sit ups. Broken into 10 sets for the pt with a run at each end. The run totaled a little short of a mile each time

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
A man was traveling India when he stopped at a village that used elephants for travel and other purposes. The elephants were tied up with ropes they could easily have escaped.

The man asked the villagers about this and was told that the same ropes were used from when the elephants were babies. They learned that the rope was too strong and by the time they were grown they accepted their limits and didn’t try to pull the rope anymore

Far too often we do the same. We accept limitations that we could overcome if we tried. It’s important to keep pushing ourselves and not accept limits

Run track regular on odd numbered laps. With even loop, everyone bernies around. Stop at each cone and perform designated exercise. Exercises started with 5 reps per loop and increased by 5 for every lap completed. Complete as many loops as you can.

You never know what someone else is going through. God had put a friend on my heart months ago to reach out to. I never did. He stopped by my work yesterday just to say hi. We talked a little and after sending him a text later in the day I found out he was going through a really hard time. He has had some difficulties with his health as well and is in a really tough spot.

You never know what someone else is going through. If you have a gut feeling to check on your friends, then check on them. Ask them how they’re doing. Everyone is fighting their own battles even though there may be a smile on the exterior. Be kind always. Love your neighbor.

  • Practice is a process, not a destination. Did you know self guided missles miss there target 90% of the time? They have an algorithmic called course correction.
  • Who do you want to be on November 20th? Set goals for your work, biological, and family self. Identify one goal for each that you can do this week

Grab your CMU and mosey to the Oval Office. Deck of cards on the track at the top of the stairs. Each man would draw a card that determined what exercise he would do then after completing it would run about halfway down the straightaway and back before drawing another card.

  • 2-5 – Run Splash Mountain that many times (stairs)
  • 6-10 – Do double that number of burpees
  • Jack – Chest Press x25
