CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Today is 3/16 and we discussed John 3:16.  The world was broken in that time period like it is broken now.  God loved the world enough to send his Son to die so that we could be saved.  He was sent to save the world, not condemn the world.  The world is broken today too, God still cares and still loves us.  Take some time to show his love, and lead with kindness in this broken world.

Spoke about how March 14, 2020 was the 1 year anniversary of joining F3. A similar recruiting mission (February 2020) to Anytime Fitness led by Judge Judy was the EH I didn’t know I needed. I am thankful for the men I have met and the accountability that comes along with being apart of this crazy group of guys.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:

I finished reading the Bible for the first time in my life back in February. This is probably not a feat for you guys… It took me a little more than 2 years to finish a 1 year plan.  But I did it! I’ve always been around the Bible and I’ve read bits and pieces, here and there. I made a lot of attempts to read it cover to cover, and I would fizzle somewhere after the creation… If you struggle like I did, I highly recommend a Bible reading plan. Honestly, I’m excited to read it again.

Recently Guardrail did the same Q he had done previously (admittedly I was at Rush), but I caught the message and how he tied it to the importance of repetition.

Then we were challenged not to pray the same prayers or at least not just walk through the motions. This is important also. We need to expand our reach and God’s love is infinite.

I pray everyday. Some prayers are repetition. These are the prayers I’m good at. So the reps I’ve put in, make it come natural.

I  joined Spotter’s monthly challenge to pray 10 minutes a day. This is taking me out of my comfort zone some days, but it’s allowing me to expand and grow as well.

Repetition, variety, and switching things up will all strengthen us. Mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Thank you gentlemen for challenging me! I have nothing but respect for you guys.

MOLESKIN:
Sign up for a Q! We will help you. Design a workout, steal shamelessly from a back-blast… It doesn’t matter. We’re here to workout together, speak our hearts and minds, and thank God for allowing us to do so, before most people are rolling out of bed.

Merge Groups and mosey to Shovel Flag and present the flag

The shovel flag is one of the classic symbols of F3. No matter where you are within F3 Nation, the Shovel Flag is the one true physical link that connects us all. Just like we leave no man where we find them, the Shovel Flag is portable so that it can be carried forward and shared with others.

This shovel flag represents Respect: respect for country, respect for those who hae served and currently serve to protect our freedoms, and respect for the other AO’s across F3 Nation where similar flags are planted ever week

It represents Hard Work: it bears witness to the blood, sweat, and tears of the men of F3 who gather together at some obscene early hour to get better physically while finding new mental limits. Men getting stronger, fit, and conditioned to handle life’s challenges – most of which are not physical at all – Hard Work

This flag also represents the lives of men being changed. Men are moving from being passive participants in life, to being present. Present in our families, present in our places of work and worship, and present in our communities.

Mosey to SP (Smuggler leading the way carrying the flag)

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:

F3 has always been and will always be more than a workout.  We definitely want to push ourselves and each other physically, but we also want to grow relationally and spiritually.  The PAX is unique in many ways, But the one that is most important to remember is that we are not out here to compete against each other, but collaborate together to grow as husbands, fathers, sons, employees, employers, friends, and neighbors.  We are bound together under a high power for a greater purpose. And I pray that this group of men will continue to lead they way in setting the example for others.
